I prefer digital because although you can accidently lose pictures it does make it easier to do stuff with them and I don't have to spend a lot of money developing rubbish images - I can just delete them.
If that's what you meant...If you meant that someone could steal your camera and take dodgy pictures with it - then the person who takes the photo is at fault, not the owner of the camera.
